This area is designed to cultivate the students' curiosity and determination to discover the truth for themselves. Students learn about living vs. non-living things, plants, animals, dinosaurs, the water cycle, objects in the solar system and outer space and much more.

In the spring and summer months, the classroom extends to the outdoors where the children cultivate a vegetable and flower garden. This hands-on approach to science cultivates a child's fascination with the universe and helps develop a lifelong interest in observing nature and learning more about the world in which they live.
